PineBridge names new Asia head

06 December 2017 By Oksana Patron

PineBridge Investments has appointed Michelle White as Head of Consultant Relations for Asia.

She would be based in Singapore and responsible for the firm’s consultant relations across Asia as well as enhancing relationships with global and regional investment consultants in the region.

White joined from Capital international where she held various roles across consultant relations and business development areas. Prior to this, she was a business development associate focused solely on managing consultant relations and international clients in Europe.

In her new role, she would report to Rajeev Mittal, Asia’s chief executive and Jason Fisher, global head of consultant relations.

“We have made great progress with global, regional and specialised consultants over the past few years as evidenced by our increasing scale of ratings, our newly formed partnerships and successful strategic mandates,” Mittal said.

“We are delighted to have Michelle join the team and are confident that her addition will continue help to enhance and solidify our partnerships with key consultants in Asia and globally.”

PineBridge Investments manages US$88.6 billion across global asset classes for sophisticated investors, with more than half of these assets being managed on behalf of Asian clients.

PineBridge also manages Global Dynamic Absolute Return Fund, which invests on both traditional fixed income and equity asset classes, as well as liquid alternatives.
